HLB Pharmaceutical has been recognized for its management performance based on a people-centered organizational culture, achieving the distinction of being selected for three consecutive years as one of the "Korea's Top 100 Companies to Work For," "Korea's Best Companies for Parents to Work For," and for the "Global ESG Human Rights Management Certification."

In particular, at this awards ceremony, CEO Park Jaehyung was selected for the third consecutive year as one of the "Most Respected CEOs in Korea," while Vice President Kim Mankyu received the "GPTW Pioneer Award," and Director Lee Yongwoo, Head of HR and General Affairs, received the "GPTW Innovation Leader Award."

Rather than focusing on expanding superficial benefits, HLB Pharmaceutical has concentrated on substantially improving communication structures and establishing Work-Life Balance. It operates communication programs where the CEO and new employees can freely exchange opinions, and has introduced a filial piety allowance program that provides monthly pocket money to employees' parents' bank accounts. The company has also fostered a culture of early departure to improve work efficiency, thereby building an organizational environment that respects family and individual life.

This organizational culture is expected to go beyond enhancing employee satisfaction and lead to higher organizational engagement and longer tenure, serving as a key foundation for driving the company’s sustainable growth. HLB Pharmaceutical plans to further advance its management structure so that performance and employee happiness reinforce each other in a virtuous cycle, by continuing to support talent development and expanding flexible work environments.

Park Jaehyung, CEO of HLB Pharmaceutical, said, "We have consistently pursued organizational culture innovation based on the belief that a company’s sustainable growth ultimately comes from people," adding, "We will further strengthen our corporate competitiveness on the basis of an environment where employees can feel proud and fully engaged."

Meanwhile, "Korea’s Best Companies to Work For" is a global corporate culture certification program organized by GPTW (Great Place to Work) Korea and is a global certification system that applies the same standards across many countries around the world. Companies are selected through a comprehensive evaluation of the level of trust in management, organizational engagement, and satisfaction with the working environment.
