Unique Snack Bar Menu Items Including Tteokbokki
Everland, operated by Samsung C&T Resort Division, will run the March edition of its “Spicy School” Whatever series throughout the month of March to coincide with the new school term season.
According to Samsung C&T on the 26th, the Whatever series is a monthly curation project that Everland presents for one month only, and in March it plans to showcase a variety of unique content through Spicy School, themed around Tteokbokki, a signature favorite menu item among students, and nostalgic school-time play culture.
From March 5, a “Deokbok High School” experience zone, built around the story that Resy, Everland’s red panda character, attends the school, will open in the festival content zone in front of the main area, Alpine Village.
After passing through a Tteokbokki-shaped gate and entering the themed zone, guests are welcomed in a space that looks like an actual school classroom, by hosts playing the roles of teacher and student council discipline monitor.
In addition, various large, fun photo spots that enhance the new school term atmosphere, such as a Resy photo zone showing the character jumping over a wall or running to eat Tteokbokki, will catch visitors’ eyes. A photo time with Resy in a school uniform will also take place twice a day, and is expected to make the area a popular spot for social media check-in photos.
In particular, a variety of experience programs using a coin system will be operated, making it enjoyable and full of tension for visitors of all ages.
In the central “class time” zone of the themed area, a “Dance Party Hiding from the Teacher” mission, which went viral on social media, will be held. Right next to it, in the mini-game zone, guests can take on special missions that let them experience nostalgic classroom play culture, such as indoor shoe throwing, coin flicking, and milk-carton curling.
Depending on success or failure in each mission, guests can lose or gain the coins they received upon entry. Collected coins can be exchanged for various prizes such as Resy stickers, nostalgic toys, Bao Family keyrings, and Q-Passes.
A merchandise shop with a “nostalgic stationery store” concept will also be operated, selling a wide variety of cute goods such as signed posters, toys, character keyrings, and ballpoint pens, and visitors can also take part in a nostalgic prize-draw board event where items such as limited-edition Resy stickers are given away.
For the month of March, the Snack Buster restaurant will transform into “Samwolmanna Bunsik,” a snack bar that fully recreates the atmosphere of school days with a retro-style menu board and a Post-it doodle wall, and will newly launch a variety of unique snack menus such as Marshmallow Tteokbokki, Sindang-dong Jjajang Tteokbokki, Gal-Tteok Skewers, and Cupbokki.
A wide range of special online and offline events will also be offered, providing fun and practical benefits.
First, an online event titled “Mild Class President Election” will be held to select the class president representing 2026 from among the herbivores currently in the Lost Valley Walking Safari, such as elephants, giraffes, and camels.
By voting for their preferred animal through the Everland mobile app, guests can participate in a roulette event that awards Som Points, and if the animal they voted for is later chosen as class president, they will have a chance, through a draw, to win a special safari tour.
In addition, throughout March, guests who visit the on-site ticket office wearing a school uniform or varsity jacket can purchase Everland admission tickets at a special discounted price and enjoy various benefits such as discounts on Tteokbokki menu items and priority entry to the festival content zone.
