Bebesup, a leading premium wet wipes brand in Korea, ranked first in domestic wet wipes sales in 2025, thereby becoming the top-selling brand for the 10th consecutive year.
According to wet wipes market sales analysis released by the market research firm NIQ (Nielsen) Korea, Bebesup recorded the highest sales value share in the wet wipes category across all nationwide offline and online channels in 2025.
The sales data was derived from wet wipes category market sales research covering nationwide food retail stores and online channels, for the period from January 2023 to December 2025, both offline and online.
As of 2025, Bebesup posted a 16.5% share of the overall wet wipes market and a 27.5% share of the baby wet wipes market. The survey also included major brands such as Yuhan-Kimberly, KleanNara, and Brown.
With this No. 1 sales record in 2025, Bebesup has extended its streak as the top-selling brand, based on Kantar Worldpanel and Nielsen Korea data, to 10 years since 2016.
Meanwhile, as the number of newborns has recently been on the rise, changes are being detected in the childcare products market as well. The number of newborns reached 20,710, marking year-on-year growth for 17 consecutive months since July 2024, and totaled 233,708 for the January-to-November period, up 6.2% from the same period a year earlier. This is the third-highest growth rate since statistics began to be compiled in 1981.
Industry insiders note that, alongside the rebound in the number of newborns, a continued trend of "spending more on a single child" is driving steady demand for premium childcare products that place a high priority on safety and ingredients.
A Bebesup representative said, "By ranking No. 1 in sales in 2025, we have achieved a meaningful milestone of 10 consecutive years," adding, "We believe these 10 years are not a performance created by the company alone, but a record built by consumers who have chosen Bebesup over the years." The representative continued, "We will continue to uphold standards that allow consumers to choose our products with confidence."
Meanwhile, Bebesup is expanding its business beyond the domestic market into global markets such as the United States, Asia, and Oceania, thereby strengthening its position as a premium wet wipes brand.
