Creverse Announces Interim Dividend of At Least 500 Won... "Actual 3-Month Yield Exceeds 8%"

Year-end and interim dividend record dates in April and June... Two dividend payouts with just three months of shareholding

Edu-tech specialist company Creverse (Co-CEOs Lee Donghoon and Kim Hyoungjoon) announced that, following its year-end dividend of 300 won per share for the 2025 fiscal year (record date April 1), it is planning to pay an interim dividend of at least 500 won per share this year (record date June 30). This disclosure of an interim dividend of at least 500 won is seen not merely as an attempt to appease shareholders, but as a reflection of expectations for student recruitment performance in the ongoing spring semester.

Creverse investors who purchase shares by March 30 this year and hold them for only about three months until June 30 will be able to receive dividend income twice, from both the year-end dividend and the interim dividend. Most importantly, this dividend will continue to benefit from tax exemption, meaning that the 15.4% dividend income tax will be waived and it will also be excluded from the comprehensive income tax base. This is why the investor's actual after-tax amount received in hand is significantly higher than that of ordinary dividend stocks.

A Creverse official said, "We fully understand shareholders' disappointment that the year-end dividend was reduced to 300 won due to the impact of the decline in operating profit in 2025," adding, "Planning this interim dividend at 500 won or more is both an expression of our confidence in improving performance and a declaration of our commitment to maintaining a consistent shareholder-friendly policy."

In fact, Creverse has also been pursuing an active treasury stock policy, having completed the cancellation of a total of 400,000 treasury shares over January and February.
