The district will select 30 young people who wish to find jobs in the marketing field through "AI Mini Company C_Marketer Track," the core program of the "Gwanak-style Youth Employment and Start-up Academy," and provide them with intensive training for about six weeks until March 4 this year.
This course is characterized by fully integrating AI utilization capabilities, a key recent trend in the recruitment market, into hands-on projects. Participating youths will become new employees joining a virtual mini company and will work on solving actual corporate tasks.
The main curriculum consists of: ▲ training on marketing work and AI utilization ▲ commuting to and carrying out tasks in a metaverse (ZEP) virtual office ▲ one-on-one mentoring with current professionals ▲ a final presentation of outcomes. QClick Co., Ltd., a tenant company in Gwanak S Valley that operates the dental industry-specialized solution "Dentcube," is participating as a partner company to enhance the professionalism of the training.
The "Gwanak-style Youth Employment and Start-up Academy" is a customized youth program that, after being piloted last year, will be fully implemented starting this year. In addition to this training, the district is operating a year-round employment and start-up counseling desk to help young people resolve their career concerns.
Park Junhee, Gwanak District Mayor, said, "This program is a practical project-based model that offers hands-on experience to young people and fresh ideas to companies so that both sides can achieve a win-win outcome," adding, "Going forward, we will continue to expand high-quality programs such as 'AI Mini Company C' so that young people can respond swiftly to the rapidly changing employment environment."
Information on the academy program and counseling applications can be found under the "Gwanak Employment and Start-up Academy" menu on the Gwanak Youth Office website (www.checkin-gwanak.or.kr/program/opn_main.html).
