Detailed Guidance on How Cultural and Arts Organizations Can Use the Botam-e System
Geochang-gun in South Gyeongsang Province announced on the 4th that it held the "2026 Cultural and Arts Subsidy Recipient Training" for about 30 officials in charge of cultural and arts subsidy projects in the main conference room of the Geochang-eup Administrative Welfare Center.
This training was prepared to strengthen the capacity of organizations implementing cultural and arts subsidy projects in terms of subsidy execution and settlement, and to prevent administrative errors that may occur during project implementation in advance, thereby promoting transparent and efficient project management.
Hosted by the Culture and Arts Division of Geochang-gun, the training provided detailed, hands-on guidance that can be applied directly in practice, focusing on local subsidy management standards, procedures for promoting subsidized projects, how to use the Botam-e system, and key issues and points of caution identified during settlement inspections.
In particular, through a Q&A session, the county listened to the practical difficulties experienced by on-site officials in the process of executing and settling subsidies, and also took time to provide detailed guidance and explanations in response.
Geochang County Mayor Koo Inmo said, "We will continue to provide stable support for related projects so that culture and the arts can permeate the daily lives of county residents, and we will continue to offer the necessary administrative support by collecting opinions from the field."
Meanwhile, through this training, Geochang-gun plans to further enhance the transparency and reliability of subsidy project management and to continuously strengthen a systematic support system for revitalizing local culture and the arts.
