Arriving at the airport on the 3rd, Jeon said, "People cheered for me so much that I almost mistook myself for Son Heungmin or BTS." He added, "Since the Lee Jaemyung administration took office, I have already been accused eight times," insisting that these are "excessive accusations and complaints aimed at suppressing freedom of expression."

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s Criminal Task Force has booked Jeon as a suspect in connection with a total of eight complaints, including allegations of spreading false information about President Lee Jaemyung and Presidential Senior Secretary to the First Lady Kim Hyunji, and is currently coordinating a summons schedule.

On this day, Jeon warned People Power Party leader Jang Donghyuk, saying, "Make it clear whom you are going to side with," and "If you abandon principles, I will also abandon you, Representative Jang." Regarding the alleged election fraud, he pointed to Reform New Party leader Lee Junseok and shouted, "Are President Donald Trump of the United States and Elon Musk, the Chief Executive Officer of Tesla, also conspiracy theorists?"

That same day, Representative Lee wrote on social media (SNS), "Jeon Yugwan (stage name Jeon Hangil), who has repeatedly claimed that 'Lee Junseok was elected in Dongtan through fraudulent elections,' has already had a criminal complaint for defamation due to spreading false information filed against him, following his January 30 broadcast."

The complaint disclosed by Representative Lee states, "I am currently suffering hardship due to the accused Jeon’s act of publicly announcing false information," and describes the accused as "a former Megagongmuwon instructor and now a far-right YouTuber who, without reasonable grounds, has openly revealed false facts about the complainant, who is also the victim, through the information and communications network, thereby defaming the victim."

In relation to this, Jeon said, "Wouldn’t it be enough if I undergo all the questioning and prove my innocence?" and added that he plans to appear before the police this Thursday or next Thursday.
