"Anyang Station Central I-Park Sujain" is located right next to Anyang Station on Seoul Subway Line 1, offering prime access to the station area. With the Wolpan Line expected to open in November 2029, the development is anticipated to become a major transportation hub directly connected to the core railway network of the Seoul metropolitan area. The Wolpan Line, currently under construction with the goal of opening at Anyang Station, is an east-west regional railway connecting Wolgot in Incheon to Pangyo in Seongnam, linking Siheung, Anyang, Indeogwon, and Pangyo.

Once this line opens, passengers will be able to transfer at Indeogwon Station to the planned GTX-C line for rapid access to Gangnam areas such as Samsung Station. In Pangyo, the Shinbundang Line will provide easy access to Gangnam Station, while the line from Anyang Station to Gwangmyeong will connect to the Shinansan Line (currently under construction), offering a direct link to the Yeouido financial district. This will greatly enhance commuting convenience by connecting to key routes in the southwestern part of the Seoul metropolitan area.

Residential environment improvement projects are also actively underway in the area surrounding the complex. Various redevelopment projects, including those around Manan Elementary School, are expected to supply new apartment complexes and form a large-scale new residential town. In addition, the Suamcheon River redevelopment project, with a total investment of 96.6 billion won, is progressing smoothly. This project aims to remove the covered section near Anyang Station and restore it as a natural stream, with river restoration scheduled for completion in 2025 and the overall project targeted for completion in the first half of 2026. Through this initiative, underground reservoirs, parking lots, and parks will be created, simultaneously expanding green spaces in the city center and revitalizing local commercial areas.

The area also boasts excellent educational and lifestyle infrastructure. Prestigious schools such as Manan Elementary School, Anyang Girls’ Middle and High Schools, Yangmyeong High School, and Yangmyeong Girls’ High School are clustered nearby, forming a safe school district that allows students to walk to school. The area also offers easy access to the Pyeongchon academy district, providing high-quality educational services. In addition, large shopping facilities such as E-Mart, Homeplus, Enter6 Mall, and 2001 Outlet, as well as traditional commercial areas like Anyang Ilbeonga and Anyang Central Market, are nearby, offering a convenient one-stop living environment.

"Anyang Station Central I-Park Sujain" completed its tenant recruitment announcement on January 23, and the model home, located in Anyang-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, is scheduled to open on January 30.
