iM Bank to Recruit Corporate Relationship Managers in 2026

iM Bank announced that it will be publicly recruiting corporate relationship managers (PRMs) from January 21 to January 30 to create new jobs and expand its business territory in the new year.

This recruitment targets employees with experience as branch managers at financial institutions. The goal is to provide re-employment opportunities for retired financial institution employees, thereby contributing to job creation for the silver generation, while also actively utilizing the extensive experience and know-how accumulated in financial institutions to expand iM Bank's business presence in the Seoul metropolitan area.

Corporate relationship managers will be responsible for comprehensive outbound corporate sales, including loans, foreign exchange, deposits, credit cards, and retirement pensions, by visiting large and small to medium-sized enterprises. Applicants must have at least two years of experience as a branch manager at a financial institution, or at least two years of experience as a branch manager at the Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, or a regional credit guarantee foundation. Anyone who is capable of active sales in the Seoul metropolitan area can apply, as the recruitment is blind with no restrictions on educational background, gender, or age.

Applications will be accepted individually through the iM Bank recruitment website until January 30. Successful candidates in the document screening stage will be notified individually. Final selections will be made in February after a physical examination and interviews, and employment will begin in March. In addition to the base salary, a separate performance contract will be signed, and incentives will be paid based on sales performance.
