The Korea Small and Medium Business Distribution Center (KSMBDC) held its 30th anniversary ceremony on the 15th at its headquarters in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
KSMBDC is a specialized agency supporting market access for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), venture businesses, and small business owners, established under the Act on the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises. The organization changed its name from "Small and Medium Business Distribution Center," which had been used since its founding in 2024, and now operates various programs such as the National Consumption Promotion Festival, marketing support projects for SMEs, and online market access support projects for small business owners.

The anniversary ceremony was attended by CEO Lee Taesik and former and current employees of KSMBDC. CEO Lee presented commendations to employees and partner companies who have taken the lead in supporting market access for SMEs and small business owners facing difficulties due to last year's economic downturn, expressing his appreciation for their dedication.
He stated, "2026 marks a crucial turning point as we prepare for the next 30 years, and we must take on new challenges for the future with a youthful spirit. We will strengthen our role as a growth ladder through marketing and market access support for SMEs, venture businesses, and small business owners, and strive to become an organization recognized by the public for our excellence and effectiveness."
