Morning Low Temperatures Range from -3 to 10 Degrees Celsius
On Thursday, the 15th, most areas across the country will be generally cloudy, with some regions in central Korea experiencing rain or snow starting in the early morning.
The snow and rain that begin in central Korea, Jeolla region, inland areas of northern and central North Gyeongsang, and Jeju will expand to western Gyeongsang in the morning but are expected to stop in most areas by late morning. Expected snowfall is 1 to 5 cm in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, and around 1 cm in inland Gangwon and the northeastern mountains of North Gyeongsang. Expected precipitation is around 5 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, Gyeongsang region, and Jeju.

In areas where snow has recently accumulated, melted snow during the day may refreeze overnight, creating icy roads and black ice, so both drivers and pedestrians should exercise caution for safety.
Morning low temperatures are expected to range from -3 to 10 degrees Celsius, and daytime high temperatures are forecast to range from 5 to 17 degrees Celsius.
