8 Out of Top 10 Complexes Occupy Prime Locations
The Unbeatable Legend Shines Even Amid Market Fluctuations...
Securing Station-Area Sites Remains Key This Year,
Complexes Like "Sauwyeok GN Heim" Draw Attention
Even amid an uncertain real estate market, there is a type of residential property that consistently maintains its value and remains the unwavering choice of buyers: the so-called "station-area apartments." These complexes, which offer not only convenient access to public transportation but also a wealth of lifestyle infrastructure and solid investment value, have established themselves as the top preference for housing. Their strength was clearly demonstrated in last year's metropolitan area subscription market. Accordingly, new station-area complexes such as "Sauwyeok GN Heim," which are set to be supplied this month, are drawing attention.
According to an analysis by RealToday, a real estate research firm, based on data from Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home, 8 out of the top 10 metropolitan area complexes with the highest first-priority subscription competition rates in both the first and second half of last year (excluding those who lost cooperative membership or were expelled) were located in station-area locations. "Station-area" typically refers to complexes situated within a 500-meter radius or within a 10-minute walk from a subway station, including planned stations.
