Second Day of Coupang Joint Hearing
"Situation Reported to Entire Board"
Harold Rogers, Interim CEO of Coupang Korea, stated on the 31st that he is "not in a position to direct" Bom Kim, Chairman of the Board of Coupang Inc., to attend the National Assembly if a parliamentary investigation into the Coupang incident is held, in response to the National Assembly's request to convey such instructions.

At the National Assembly hearing that day, CEO Rogers described the request as "unusual" and made this statement in response to related questions.
When asked whether he had reported the current situation to Chairman Kim, he said, "I reported to the entire board, including the chairman, that we had cooperated with government agencies to retrieve the data and devices and return them to the Korean people."
