The Electronic Document System for Contract Work is a system that allows contract-related documents, which were previously submitted in paper form, to be submitted electronically using platforms such as the National e-Procurement System and Document24. It was introduced to reduce the workload for both civil petitioners and administrative agencies.

To analyze the effectiveness of the system, the county conducted a satisfaction survey with 100 local businesses, of which 43 responded. According to the survey results, 95.3% of the responding businesses expressed satisfaction with the electronic document system, and the same percentage indicated their intention to continue using it in the future.

In particular, the most frequently cited advantages of the electronic document system were improved work efficiency and time savings. Other positive effects included a reduction in the need for in-person visits to submit documents and a decrease in the burden of document storage.

Based on this high level of satisfaction and positive field response, the county plans to expand the scope of the electronic document system to all affiliated organizations, business offices, and towns and townships from 2026, aiming to establish the system throughout the entire county.

Yangpyeong County Governor Jeon Jinseon stated, "The Electronic Document System for Contract Work promotes the digital transformation of administration, supports carbon neutrality policies, and substantially reduces inconvenience for civil petitioners. We will continue to reflect feedback from the field to improve the system and realize faster and more transparent contract administration."

Meanwhile, with this expanded implementation, the county expects to create a paperless administrative environment and further enhance the efficiency and reliability of contract work.
