According to the city on the 26th, this exhibition combines art and ecology under the theme of the "butterfly," a symbol of happiness and healing. The event features the country's largest "Butterfly Wing Art" installation and intricate insect dioramas, offering visitors an overwhelming visual aesthetic.

In particular, the exhibition allows visitors to observe over 200 butterflies native to Jirisan up close, providing an immersive natural learning experience for children during the winter break.

Synergy with the Namwon Baekdudaegan Ecological Education Center is also drawing attention. Coinciding with the special exhibition period at Herb Valley, the education center will host the second season of the highly popular "Gae Pan 5 Minutes Exhibition," operating as a special winter vacation event.

By linking the two exhibition halls, visitors can simultaneously experience the elegance of butterflies and the dynamism of aquatic life, offering a wealth of attractions for winter visitors.

In addition to the exhibitions, the 12th Jirisan Baraebong Snow Sledding Festival will be held from January 10 to February 18 next year throughout Jirisan Herb Valley. Visitors can enjoy the warmth of the butterfly exhibition indoors and the thrill of snow sledding outdoors, making it the perfect family travel destination for the winter season.

A city official stated, "We planned this exhibition with butterflies, flowers, and fragrances as the theme so visitors can feel the energy of spring early at the foot of Jirisan, even in the cold winter," adding, "We hope families and couples will visit and spend precious time planning a hopeful New Year, just like the fluttering wings of a butterfly."
