On December 24, Intelivix, an artificial intelligence (AI) company specializing in video analysis, announced its ambition to become a global enterprise with its planned listing on KOSDAQ next year.

Video Analysis AI Company Intelivix Achieves Record Results... "KOSDAQ Listing Planned for Next Year" Group photo at the Intelvix year-end ceremony held on the 24th at Lotte World Tower in Seoul.

On the same day, Intelivix held its 'Vision 2026 Camp and Year-End Ceremony' at Lotte World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul, with over 150 executives and employees in attendance, where it unveiled its management strategy and business plans for the coming year.

This year, Intelivix achieved its highest-ever performance, with sales of 46.7 billion won and operating profit of 5 billion won, representing growth of 37% and 116% respectively compared to the previous year. Choi Eunsu, CEO of Intelivix, expressed his ambition, stating, "We will achieve 70 billion won in sales and 9 billion won in operating profit by 2026, and successfully complete our KOSDAQ initial public offering (IPO)."

Intelivix won the CES 2026 Innovation Award and demonstrated its technological prowess and market dominance by capturing a 68.5% share of the intelligent control market. The company was also selected as one of the 'Top 100 Defense Innovation Companies' by the Defense Acquisition Program Administration, laying the groundwork to pioneer the 'AI Surveillance Guard' market for GOP and coastal outposts.

CEO Choi unveiled an IPO roadmap, announcing plans to submit a preliminary listing review in January next year and targeting entry into the KOSDAQ market in May. The capital raised through the listing will be allocated to expanding research and development (R&D) investment, accelerating global market entry, and strengthening employee compensation.

In addition, Intelivix presented three core technology strategies to lead future markets.

First, the company aims to evolve from traditional 'monitoring control' to 'AI agents that converse and solve problems.' The next-generation control system, 'Gen AMS,' combines generative AI and chatbot technology, enabling users to ask questions in natural language and receive video analysis and summary reports from the AI-an innovative new feature.

Second, Intelivix is ushering in the era of physical AI by extending AI from virtual to physical worlds. The company plans to deploy its proprietary AI patrol robot, 'ARGOS,' not only for defense and border security but also at construction sites, in local government public safety, and in policing, conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) trials to secure a leading position in the robot-based security market.

Intelivix also plans to expand into the defense and access control markets. The company will commercialize 'VIXallcam' as an 'AI Surveillance Guard,' capable of clear monitoring even at night or in inclement weather, to address defense challenges. With features ranging from facial recognition to mobile access cards, Intelivix will accelerate its push into the B2B market.

CEO Choi emphasized, "2026 will be the year Intelivix evolves beyond a technology developer to a listed company that is rigorously evaluated by the market and proves itself through results. All executives and employees will work as one team to transform Intelivix into a world-class company that creates the safest possible world."
