Seongju County also received high praise for its dementia and life-cycle tailored projects.

The county was selected for two categories: Excellence in Dementia Management and Best Practices in Public-Private Cooperation (Dementia Prevention and Beautiful Dementia Shelter). It also received the Outstanding Institution Award for its outreach medical services for people with disabilities and the elderly, and was awarded the Outstanding Institution Award for two consecutive years for its resident-led health village project in Chojeon-myeon, establishing itself as a leader in dementia management, oral health, and healthy community initiatives.
