This year, SK increased its donation by 8 billion won compared to the previous year, in line with the fundraising campaign’s aim to build a sustainable local community and to fulfill its corporate social responsibility. As of this year, the cumulative amount donated to the Hope Sharing Campaign has reached a total of 266.5 billion won.

In addition to the group-level donation, SK also raised an additional 6 billion won this year through voluntary contributions from employees of its affiliates, including SK Innovation, SK Hynix, SK AX, SK Siltron, and SK Materials. When combined with the Hope Sharing Campaign donation, the total annual contribution amounts to approximately 26 billion won.

Throughout this year, SK has actively engaged in a wide range of initiatives to address social issues and promote the happiness of various stakeholders. Each affiliate has consistently carried out programs such as lunchbox support for children at risk of malnutrition (Haengbokdookki) and customized social contribution projects for bereaved families. In July, SK provided 2.3 billion won in support for residents affected by heavy rainfall nationwide. Earlier, in March, the company also contributed approximately 2 billion won to aid recovery efforts following large-scale wildfires in Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan, taking an active role in disaster relief and recovery activities in affected regions.
