Jo Seho’s Agency: “Groundless Allegations... Legal Action Against Spreading False Information”
On December 5, Jo Seho’s agency, A2Z Entertainment, stated, "The claims currently spreading on social networking services (SNS) are entirely untrue," and clarified, "The individual in question is simply an acquaintance." The agency further emphasized, "The claim that he received gifts is completely baseless," and added, "Excessive interpretations are being made simply because they are acquaintances."
The agency also said, "We are actively considering both criminal and civil legal action against the author for defamation through false statements and interference with business activities involving our artist." They continued, "To prevent our artist’s activities from being hindered by the indiscriminate spread of false claims, we will respond strictly and without tolerance to any groundless slander, malicious posts, or the reckless dissemination of false information and rumors in accordance with the principle of zero tolerance."
