Hecto Innovation, an IT-based information service company, is expanding shopping benefits through its platform "RROUND" with the launch of the "Lowest Price Guaranteed Group Purchase Challenge."
According to Hecto Innovation on December 5, RROUND is a participatory commerce platform. Under the slogan "Break Prices with Challenges," the platform offers users a variety of shopping benefits, such as discounts, each time they participate in a challenge.
The "Lowest Price Guaranteed Group Purchase Challenge" introduced by RROUND selects a specific product each week and, once the target number of participants is reached, sells it at a price lower than the online lowest price. Hecto Innovation has further strengthened customer trust by introducing a "Lowest Price Guarantee" policy, which fully reimburses the price difference if the RROUND purchase price is higher than the online lowest price.
Since its debut in November, the "Lowest Price Guaranteed Group Purchase Challenge" has been receiving positive feedback from customers, with products selling out each time. In response to this enthusiasm, RROUND will increase the challenge frequency from once to twice a week and expand the product range from mainly daily necessities to higher-priced home appliances, further enhancing shopping benefits.
This week, the "Lowest Price Guaranteed Group Purchase Challenge" on RROUND features "Bullsone Shot Fuel Additive" and "Philips Electric Shaver," each offered at 50% and 65% off their regular prices, respectively. On December 8, the "Shark HydroVac Cordless Vacuum Cleaner" will be made available.
Hecto Innovation plans to continue enhancing its services by launching a variety of challenges within RROUND, aiming to provide tangible benefits to customers and differentiate itself from existing commerce platforms.
