In addition, three chefs were awarded merit certificates by the Director of the Haman County Child Welfare Meal Management Support Center.
Before the official ceremony, staff and attendees had time to communicate and connect over refreshments and tea. The first part of the event included a welcoming address by President Lim Hyeyoung, a congratulatory speech by County Governor Cho Geunje, and celebratory remarks from council members.
The second part featured a "Healing Therapy Program," which included a guitar performance and a special lecture on the humanities, providing staff with an opportunity to comfort and recharge each other.

President Lim Hyeyoung stated, "I deeply appreciate all the staff who have quietly dedicated themselves to the happy growth of children. I hope today will be a time to recognize each other's hard work and share hope. The association will also do its best to enhance the quality of childcare and create a sustainable environment in partnership with the local community."
County Governor Cho Geunje said, "In this era of low birth rates, childcare is an essential foundation that the entire community must share responsibility for. I am grateful for the dedication of childcare staff who protect the daily lives of children. Moving forward, we will continue to listen to voices from the field and consider the support needed."
