Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association (President Lim Chaecheong) announced on November 25 that it had delivered 10,000 “Mind Shower Packages” worth 100 million won to the Seoul Disabled Family Support Center (Director Kim Namyeon) to help prevent infectious diseases.
The “Mind Shower Package” consists of a total of nine hygiene items: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower towel, soap, hand sanitizer, and an information leaflet. The package was prepared to help maintain healthy daily routines during the summer, when personal hygiene management is especially important, and to protect against heatwaves and infectious diseases.
Kim Namyeon, Director of the Seoul Disabled Family Support Center, stated, “For families with disabled members, hygiene management and the prevention of infectious diseases are especially important. I am grateful, as I believe these Mind Shower Packages will be a great help in protecting the health of our families.”
Shin Hoon, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, said, “Support for hygiene management is essential for preventing infectious diseases. Hope Bridge will continue to provide ongoing support so that families with disabled members can live with peace of mind.”
Hope Bridge has previously provided 59,337 Mind Shower Packages to support personal hygiene management among vulnerable groups, including the elderly, people with disabilities, and the homeless.
