According to the province, the list disclosed this time consists of 229 individuals and 167 corporations, with total overdue taxes amounting to 13.059 billion won, including 7.592 billion won owed by individuals and 5.464 billion won owed by corporations.

The province sent prior notices to 481 candidates for public disclosure following the decision of the Local Tax Review Committee in March, granting them a six-month period to pay their overdue taxes or submit explanations. As a result, 85 individuals who either paid their overdue taxes or provided supporting documents were excluded from the final list.

The published list includes the name, age, occupation, address, overdue amount, type of tax, payment deadline, and reason for delinquency for individuals. In the case of corporations, the corporate name and information on the representative are also included.

Kim Jongpil, Director-General of Administration and Autonomy at the province, stated, "The public disclosure of high-value and habitual tax delinquents is a strong administrative sanction that leads to a decline in the social credibility of the individuals and a reduction in the business profits of corporations." He added, "It also plays an important role in preventing harm to third parties that may result from transactions with delinquent companies."
