Applications Accepted on the Website Until 5:00 p.m. on November 23
Hyundai Motor Company announced on November 3 that it is recruiting applicants for its 'High-Tech Talent Track', an internship program designed to discover talented service engineers and transition them to full-time positions.
The 'High-Tech Talent Track' is Hyundai's recruitment and training program aimed at nurturing experts with advanced diagnostic and maintenance skills, based on a comprehensive understanding of electrical, electronic, IT, and software technologies.
Final candidates will receive hands-on training at 22 High-Tech Centers nationwide, as well as specialized education in advanced fields such as vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). Those selected as outstanding talents will also have broad career development opportunities to grow as technology experts in the global market.
Applicants wishing to participate in the internship can apply through Hyundai's recruitment website from 9:00 a.m. on November 3 to 5:00 p.m. on November 23.
Eligibility is open to those who have obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's degree. However, those with outstanding diagnostic and maintenance skills may apply regardless of academic background.
The recruitment process consists of a document screening, personality test, and interview. Candidates who pass the first interview will participate in the internship for about three weeks, from the end of January to mid-February next year. Afterward, Hyundai will conduct a final interview and officially hire new service engineers as full-time employees in March 2026.
Meanwhile, on November 14, Hyundai will hold an online recruitment briefing and mock interview for job seekers interested in the 'High-Tech Talent Track'.
Participants will be able to communicate in real time with current employees and gain in-depth and accurate information about the job characteristics and recruitment process. In addition, applicants who receive high evaluations in the mock interview will be given extra points in the document screening stage. Applications for the online briefing and mock interview can be submitted through Hyundai's recruitment website until November 10.
A Hyundai official stated, "Hyundai plans to strengthen its service competitiveness by selecting talented individuals with potential to prepare for a future that expands into advanced fields and nurturing them into high-tech experts with unique capabilities."
