For 900 Parcels...
Objections Accepted Until November 28
Imsil County, North Jeolla Province, announced on October 30 that it has determined and publicly disclosed the individual official land prices for 900 parcels as of July 1, 2025, and will accept objections until November 28.
The 900 parcels in question are those that underwent land changes (such as division, merger, or change of land category) between January and June of this year. The newly determined and disclosed individual official land prices can be checked via the 'Real Estate Price Notice Information Website,' or by visiting the township offices or the General Civil Affairs Division at the county office in person.
Landowners or interested parties who wish to file an objection can submit an objection form through the Real Estate Price Notice Information Website, or by visiting the township offices or the General Civil Affairs Division at the county office. If in-person submission is difficult, objections can also be submitted via fax or mail.
For parcels with submitted objections, the land characteristics will be re-investigated. If the objection is deemed valid, the price will be reviewed by an appraisal corporation and the Imsil County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, and the adjusted price will be disclosed on December 22.
County Governor Sim Min stated, "As the individual official land price serves as the basis for taxes and other land-related administration, I urge residents to check the information and participate in the objection process if necessary."
