On the 13th, the entire country is expected to be mostly cloudy with occasional rain.
Intermittent rain is forecast for the central regions, the northern part of North Gyeongsang's east coast, and the northeastern mountainous areas. In the central and northern parts of North Gyeongsang, rain will begin in the morning, while in other southern regions, occasional rain is expected from the afternoon. Jeju Island will see light rain showers between the morning and afternoon.
In areas such as Yeongdong in Gangwon, some southern regions, and Jeju Island, rain will continue until the night of the 14th.
From the afternoon of the 13th to the early morning of the 14th, the central and southern parts of Yeongdong in Gangwon will experience heavy rainfall of 10 to 20 millimeters per hour.
The expected rainfall amounts are as follows: 50 to 100 millimeters in Yeongdong, Gangwon (with some areas exceeding 120 millimeters); 20 to 70 millimeters in southern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo in Gangwon, the Chungcheong region, and North Jeolla; 20 to 60 millimeters in the Gyeongsang region (with some areas exceeding 80 millimeters); 10 to 50 millimeters in Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, Gwangju, and South Jeolla; 5 to 40 millimeters in Jeju Island; and 5 to 20 millimeters in the five West Sea islands.

Morning low temperatures will range from 14 to 21 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will range from 15 to 27 degrees Celsius.
Wave heights at sea will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
In the offshore areas (about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are expected to reach 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
