In addition, a variety of side events are being provided, including competitions, special lectures, AI-based aptitude tests, and profile photo shoots.

The '2025 Veterans Job and Start-up Expo,' hosted by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, is also being held at Exhibition Hall 1 of the aT Center on the same day. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs have agreed to collaborate so that participants of both the Job Festa and the Job and Start-up Expo can visit both events and access a wide range of information.
Vice Minister Kim stated, "At the recent National Tourism Strategy Meeting, we announced our goal to surpass 30 million inbound tourists and become a tourism powerhouse. However, in order to provide high-quality services and highly satisfying experiences to actual tourists, people are an essential factor," adding, "Many tourism companies are experiencing labor shortages, and the government has organized the Job Festa together with the tourism industry to overcome these challenges."
He continued, "To help participants gain a wider range of experiences, we have expanded opportunities for communication with current employees and hands-on job experiences compared to last year. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will continue to make efforts to help our tourism industry take a leap forward and foster future talent who will lead the industry."
