Musk Allegedly Invited to Epstein's Island
Prince Andrew Suspected of Sharing Flight with Epstein
The names of Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, and Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom have appeared in newly released congressional documents related to the late billionaire and notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
According to reports by the BBC and The Telegraph on September 27 (local time), materials submitted to the U.S. House Oversight Committee and released by the Democratic Party the previous day include Epstein's phone message records, aircraft flight logs and passenger lists, copies of financial ledgers, and calendars. These documents indicate that Musk was invited to Epstein's "island." A calendar entry dated December 6, 2014, reads, "Reminder: Elon Musk visiting island December 6 (still on?)." However, this note alone does not confirm whether the visit actually took place or clarify the nature of Musk's relationship with Epstein. There is also no evidence that this visit was ever carried out.
In a 2019 interview with the entertainment outlet Vanity Fair, Musk stated that he had visited Epstein's New York residence once in the past and said, "He kept asking me to come to the island, but I refused."
Prince Andrew, the brother of King Charles III of the United Kingdom, was listed as a passenger on a flight from New Jersey to Florida on May 12, 2000. The passenger list shows that Prince Andrew traveled from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey to West Palm Beach, Florida, on Epstein's private plane. Additionally, the released financial ledgers include entries from February and May 2000 for payments made under the name "Andrew" for massages, exercise, and yoga. However, it cannot be confirmed that this "Andrew" refers to Prince Andrew. Records do show that Prince Andrew visited the U.S. during this period. According to royal records, Prince Andrew arrived in New York on May 11, 2000, to attend a reception supporting the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) and returned to the United Kingdom on May 15.
Prince Andrew has previously been mentioned in documents related to Epstein but has strongly denied any allegations of criminal involvement. Neither Musk nor Prince Andrew has commented on the newly released Epstein documents. The documents also include details of appointments Epstein scheduled with other prominent figures, such as Peter Thiel, founder of PayPal and Palantir; Steve Bannon, a right-wing commentator and former White House chief strategist during Donald Trump's first term; and Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft.
Epstein, a former hedge fund manager, was arrested on charges of sexually abusing dozens of minors and died by suicide in a New York jail in 2019. He was known to have had extensive connections with political and business figures worldwide, including former U.S. President Donald Trump.
