This program was organized as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's customized employment service project for university students, aiming to help participants understand specific jobs and industries through direct exposure to the exhibition site.

Students attended exhibitions held at the Cheongju Culture Factory, where they observed the latest trends in the craft and design industries and learned firsthand about the roles of various job categories. In addition, at the international craft workshop themed "Re_Crafting Tomorrow," students closely observed the creative processes of domestic and international artists and engaged in exchanges. Through these experiences, students were able to gain practical insights related to their majors and build valuable experience for their career exploration and job preparation.

The College of Art and Design at Seoul National University of Science and Technology supports diverse artistic activities and industry-academia collaboration projects with its distinguished faculty, aiming to lead technology through design and art education. Participating students plan to continue their creative activities and academic growth based on the vivid experiences gained on site.

Jung Hoyoun, Head of the Career Development Headquarters (Director of the University Job Plus Center), stated, "I hope this on-site experience will help students clarify their career goals and systematize their job preparation process," adding, "We will continue to provide a variety of industry field experience programs in the future."

Meanwhile, the 2025 Cheongju Craft Biennale is being held at the Cheongju Culture Factory and throughout Cheongju City for 60 days until November 2, featuring works by artists from over 40 countries under the theme "Re_Crafting Tomorrow."
