Unveiled at Sony's New Title Showcase

Pearl Abyss has confirmed the global release date for its new title, "Crimson Desert," as March 19, 2026.
On September 25, Pearl Abyss announced the official release date for "Crimson Desert" and began pre-orders during Sony Interactive Entertainment's online new title showcase, "State of Play."
"Crimson Desert" is an open-world action-adventure game set on the vast continent of Pywel, following the journey of the protagonist, Kliff, and his Grey Mane companions. The game utilizes the "BlackSpace Engine," which was developed in-house by Pearl Abyss.
Pre-orders are available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Apple Mac. In addition to digital packages, physical packages will also be sold through designated retailers in each region.
The Collector's Edition can only be purchased as a physical package. Buyers of this edition will receive various physical and digital content, including in-game items such as three types of weapons and a diorama (a realistic model) depicting Kliff facing off against the Golden Star.
The Deluxe Edition is available in both physical and digital formats. The physical package includes limited-edition merchandise such as a steelbook, a map of Pywel, and a letter from the developers. All editions, including the Standard Edition (except for Mac), come with pre-order bonuses such as the exclusive "Khaled Shield" and the PlayStation 5-exclusive "Grotevant Plate Armor Set."
The digital Standard Edition is priced at $69.99, and the Deluxe Edition at $79.99. For physical packages, the Standard Edition is $69.99, the Deluxe Edition is $89.99, and the Collector's Edition is $279.99.
