The Office for Government Policy Coordination announced in a press release on this day that Prime Minister Kim stated, "Relevant ministries and public institutions must fully understand the national agenda of the People’s Sovereignty Government and make thorough preparations so that they can clearly explain these to the public during the National Assembly audit."
In particular, he ordered that the heads of each institution and other witnesses for the audit must ensure that there are no actions undermining the purpose of the audit, such as avoiding attendance by going on overseas business trips.
This year’s National Assembly audit is scheduled to begin on October 13, immediately after the Chuseok holiday.
