On the 24th, Gwangju and South Jeolla Province will be mostly cloudy, with localized rainfall of up to 80mm expected in some areas.

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will be on the edge of a high-pressure system located over the southern seas of Japan. The expected precipitation is between 30 and 80mm.

From early morning, the northern distant offshore area of the southern Yellow Sea is also expected to experience gradually strengthening winds and very high waves, making it possible for a high seas warning to be issued.

The morning low will range from 20 to 23 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high will reach up to 31 degrees Celsius. Waves in the coastal waters of the West and South Seas will reach 1.5 meters, and the concentration of ultrafine dust will remain at a 'good' level.

An official from the Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "In areas where it rains, there may be gusty winds, thunder, and lightning," and urged the public to pay attention to facility management and pedestrian safety.
