Golden Value to Develop LH Youth Housing Near Jinjeop Station in Namyangju

A new LH Youth Housing complex will be built in front of Exit 2 of Jinjeop Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province. This project, which will supply a total of 288 units, aims to provide a stable residential foundation for young people while simultaneously revitalizing the local community.

Housing insecurity among young people has emerged as a social issue throughout the greater Seoul metropolitan area. Although Namyangju is experiencing an influx of young residents due to the expansion of transportation networks and the development of industrial complexes, there remains a shortage of residential infrastructure for them to settle. The new youth housing is expected to address this demand and generate a positive ripple effect across the local economy and socio-cultural landscape.
