The corporation explained that, following its recent 'Ma' grade in the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's management evaluation and the consecutive crises including the chairman's passing, labor and management have come together to issue a joint declaration to stabilize the organization and restore residents' trust.

Jeong Changwook, Acting Chairman, and Cho Kwangho, Chairman of the labor union, each representing management and labor respectively, pledged cooperation for the development of the corporation and the growth of the local community, reaching agreement on four key points.

The Labor-Management Joint Declaration includes: ▲ acquiring 'Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company' certification by establishing sound and exemplary labor-management relations ▲ not conducting wage negotiations in 2026 to ensure stable operation and sustainable growth of the corporation ▲ creating a peaceful, dispute-free workplace by strengthening communication based on mutual respect and trust ▲ returning the headquarters' allowance increase for 2025 to achieve the 2026 management evaluation goal.

Jeong Changwook, Acting Chairman, stated, "In difficult times, labor and management must unite for the organization to stand strong," adding, "I hope this declaration will serve as a turning point for the corporation's new leap forward and an opportunity to restore citizens' trust."

Cho Kwangho, Chairman of the labor union, also emphasized, "Labor and management will turn this crisis into an opportunity together," and "We will actively cooperate for the development of the corporation and the local community."
