Korea's Leading Developer Training Program
Recruiting 150 Trainees Across Three Fields
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baemin, announced on September 22 that it is now accepting applications for the 2026 class of "Woowa Tech Course," one of Korea's leading developer training programs.
Launched in 2019, Woowa Tech Course is an educational program designed to nurture the next generation of developers who will lead the IT ecosystem. The program aims to foster outstanding IT talent with practical development skills, focusing on self-directed growth through mission-based projects. In addition, it offers training in soft skills such as collaboration and communication, helping participants develop both technical expertise and character.
To date, a total of 595 participants have completed the Woowa Tech Course through its sixth cohort, with approximately 78% (463 individuals) securing positions at leading IT companies in Korea and abroad. Currently, 141 trainees are participating in the seventh cohort.
The eighth cohort of Woowa Tech Course will recruit a total of 150 trainees across three fields: web backend, web frontend, and mobile Android. The training program will run for about 10 months, from February to November next year, and will be provided entirely free of charge.
The training, previously held in Jamsil and Seolleung, will move to a new space within Baemin's newly constructed headquarters in Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley. Baemin plans to create a new educational environment tailored to the AI era and strengthen connections between Woowa Tech Course and startups based in Pangyo.
Applications can be submitted on the Woowa Tech Course website from 3:00 p.m. on September 29 until 10:00 a.m. on October 10. Anyone who wishes to grow as a developer, regardless of their major, is eligible to apply. All applicants will participate in a five-week pre-course from October 14 to November 17, where they can experience the main curriculum in advance. Through this process, applicants can assess their suitability for the program and will be comprehensively evaluated on their skills and engagement. After the announcement of the first round of successful candidates and a final coding test, the list of final successful applicants will be released on January 23 next year.
Park Jaesung, Head of Tech Growth at Woowa Brothers, said, "We hope to see strong interest and applications from those who wish to grow into technical talent with problem-solving skills through programming."
