The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture is recruiting participants for the fall season of its arts education program, the 'Seoul Citizens Art School.'

This fall, a total of 41 programs across 169 sessions will be held at four centers (Yangcheon, Yongsan, Gangbuk, and Eunpyeong), with more than 3,000 participants to be recruited. The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture announced that it will provide immersive arts education across various genres-including literature, visual arts, music, theater, and dance-where participants can meet and interact directly with professional artists.

The newly opened Seoul Culture and Arts Education Center Eunpyeong will also offer its first educational programs this season. The Eunpyeong Center will feature integrated programs such as 'Art Play with the Body' and 'Such a Ripened Miracle with Family,' which organically combine dance, theater, and music. The Yangcheon Center will host 'The Art We Were Curious About,' exploring both historical and contemporary art. The Yongsan Center will present 'Healing Book Concert' with authors Kim Hyun, Kim Geumhee, and Park Jun. The Gangbuk Center will analyze Samuel Beckett's 'Waiting for Godot' and showcase live performances by actors through its 'Solsaem Classic Club.'

Song Hyeongjong, CEO of the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, stated, "The Seoul Citizens Art School is a place where anyone can discover their artistic preferences and expand happiness in everyday life. We will continue to offer diverse programs so that art can become a source of energy in daily life."

Applications for the October programs at the Seoul Citizens Art School open at 10 a.m. on September 22, and for November programs from October 20, through the Seoul Citizens Art School website. For inquiries about the programs, guidance is available through the main contact numbers of each center.
