Benefits of a Quadruple School Zone

Dongbu Construction is introducing a new apartment complex, Geomdan Centreville Edu City, in the Geomdan New Town area of Incheon.

Dongbu Construction announced on September 19 that it has opened a model home for Geomdan Centreville Edu City at 1237-4 Dangha-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, and will begin accepting applications for subscriptions starting on the 29th. Special supply applications will be accepted on the 29th, followed by first-priority applications on the 30th, and second-priority applications on October 1. The winners will be announced on October 14, and contract signings for successful applicants will take place from October 27 to 30.

The complex will be located at 693 Dangha-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, and will consist of 17 buildings with 2 basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, totaling 1,534 units. By exclusive area, there will be 220 units of 74㎡A and B, 840 units of 84㎡A and B, 466 units of 101㎡A, B, and C, and 8 penthouse units of 120㎡. More than half of the units are the highly sought-after 84㎡ type.

The area around the complex offers well-established educational and living infrastructure. With Arakkum Kindergarten, Balsan Elementary School, and Ara Middle and High Schools nearby, residents can enjoy a "quadruple school zone," allowing children to walk to school from kindergarten through high school. Large retail facilities such as Emart and Lotte Mart, as well as public amenities like the Wondang Culture and Sports Center, are also close by. Additionally, the development of a "Legal Town" (with the Incheon District Court Northern Branch and the Northern Prosecutors’ Office planned) and business facilities is underway.

Community facilities catering to all age groups will also be provided. Within the complex, there will be a Kids & Moms Cafe, a small library, a senior center, a residents' cafe, an indoor gymnasium, a fitness center, a golf practice range, and a guest house. Centered around the approximately 365-meter-long "Grand 365" walkway that runs through the complex, the plan includes more than 20 themed landscaping features such as waterfront spaces, a tea house, gardens, and play zones, creating a nature-friendly residential environment.

In addition, residents will be able to walk to Ara Station on the extended Geomdan (Gyeyang) Line of Incheon Subway Line 1. With just one stop from Ara Station, passengers can transfer to the Airport Railroad at Gyeyang Station, which is expected to significantly improve access to downtown Seoul.

A Dongbu Construction representative stated, "Geomdan Centreville Edu City will offer high residential satisfaction based on the benefits of the upcoming Ara Station opening and its school zone and living infrastructure. In line with the government's policy to expand housing supply, Centreville will prove its competitiveness in a subscription market focused on real demand."
