Founded in 1960, Doosan Engineering & Construction is celebrating its 65th anniversary this year and has grown alongside the history of South Korea’s construction industry. The company owns the flagship brand "We’ve" and the premium residential brand "The Zenith." As the lead company in the nation’s first privately proposed railway project, the Shinbundang Line, Doosan Engineering & Construction handled every phase of the project, from planning and design to investment and construction, and has continued to operate the line through its subsidiary, Neotrans, since completion.
Doosan Engineering & Construction is now seeking to recruit talent across various fields, backed by its recent strong performance. Last year, the company achieved its highest results in a decade based on transparent management and has been sharing these outcomes with employees by awarding up to 10% of its operating profit as performance bonuses.
Doosan Engineering & Construction stated, “In celebration of our 65th anniversary this year, we are looking to bring in talent who will help drive our future growth. As interest and participation in our recruitment process continue to grow each year, we look forward to applications from candidates who possess a spirit of challenge and passion.”
