Through this agreement, SOOP will expand its platform services to Nigeria, foster the local creator ecosystem, strengthen the competitiveness of the cultural industry, and promote cultural exchange and joint branding through various approaches.

Both parties have also agreed to operate educational programs for discovering and nurturing talent, and to provide equipment and studio space necessary for new creators to produce content. They will jointly produce content in diverse fields such as music, video, web series, and live streaming, thereby expanding collaboration opportunities for creators from both countries.

The Nigerian Ministry of Culture will support the overall localization process through policy integration, improvements to payment and data environments, and administrative assistance. SOOP plans to establish a support system for creators by developing a content incubation structure and studio utilization strategies within its platform.
