According to Woowa Brothers on September 16, the cumulative number of members of Baemin Dining Business Square reached 900,000 as of May this year. This is an increase of about 70,000 from 830,000 in June last year. This means that food service business owners far exceeding the approximately 300,000 Baemin-affiliated stores are using the platform. In fact, about 2.71 million food service business owners visited the Baemin Dining Business Square website over the past year.

Information related to the food service industry was scattered across various sources, making it difficult for business owners to find what they needed, and there were few reliable places to turn to when help was truly required.


In response, Baemin focused on quickly delivering essential news for restaurant operations in a rapidly changing environment, along with information on food service policies and government support programs. The platform also provides practical tips that can be directly applied to business management, such as onboarding support for new delivery restaurants, sales strategies based on delivery order data analysis, and marketing know-how. For example, the daily 'Business News' section offers guidance on essential tasks such as tax filing and payment, as well as seasonal preparations and checklists for restaurant operations. There is also the 'Business Calendar' service, which provides a schedule of support funds and policies relevant to the food service industry by date.


Running a restaurant often requires specialized knowledge in various fields, including starting or closing a business, financial support, legal issues, labor, tax, and insurance matters. In such cases, Baemin Dining Business Square allows users to receive free, customized one-on-one answers from experts. Baemin has been offering this expert consultation service since October 2022, and by May this year, it had recorded about 4.27 million views, indicating strong engagement.
