Participants started at the Marianne-Margaret Training Center, completed a 60-kilometer course passing through Sorok Bridge, Geogeum Bridge, and the southern and northern coastal roads of Geogeum Island, and returned to the training center. Those who completed the stamp rally at six checkpoints along the route-including Geogeum Rest Area, Geumui Poetry Monument Park, and Kim Il Memorial Gymnasium-received a commemorative badge as well as local specialties such as yuzu juice, pomegranate juice, and seaweed, which were met with great enthusiasm.

In addition, yuzu ramen and yuzu ade were provided, allowing participants to relieve their fatigue from the ride while enjoying the flavors of Goheung. Various programs, such as a stamp event in collaboration with local cafes and a Goheung tourism social media sign-up event, further heightened the excitement on site.

One participant from Seoul shared, "Riding along the coastal road harmonized with the blue sea allowed me to fully experience the beauty of Goheung, and I was able to newly appreciate its appeal as a bicycle travel destination."

A county official stated, "We will continue our efforts to revitalize the local economy and strengthen the foundation for stay-type tourism so that visitors can experience the diverse charms of Goheung."

Meanwhile, the county plans to develop differentiated tourism programs utilizing local resources such as aerospace, marine, and wellness, and to expand tourism convenience facilities, with the goal of attracting 10 million visitors by 2030 and making Goheung a charming tourist city that people will want to visit again.
