'D-Virtual' is a real-time virtual reality (VR) simulation service independently developed by DL E&C in 2022, marking a first in the domestic construction industry. Traditionally, prospective buyers could only directly view specific types and options available at model homes. However, with D-Virtual, customers can now explore not only layout types that do not physically exist but also combine various options in real time within a virtual environment, enhancing their understanding of the offerings.

Initially, the service provided six layouts and about 30 options, but it has recently expanded to cover approximately 20 layouts and 60 options. Next month, the service will be significantly expanded at 'Acro de Seocho', which is scheduled for sale in Seocho-gu, Seoul. At this site, the company plans to implement over 100 layouts, three interior styles, and around 60 options through D-Virtual, greatly increasing customer satisfaction.

The D-Virtual service previously received an Innovation Award at the 'Smart Construction Challenge' hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, recognizing its technological excellence. In addition, DL E&C is leading industry innovation by actively utilizing advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), building information modeling (BIM), augmented reality (AR), and the Internet of Things (IoT) throughout all stages of construction.

A DL E&C representative stated, "We are introducing a variety of services to maximize customer satisfaction, based on our industry-leading smart construction technology," adding, "We will continue to strengthen our expertise and innovative technological capabilities going forward."
