[Breaking] U.S. Expresses "Deep Regret Over Detention Incident... Will Use as Opportunity to Strengthen U.S.-Korea Relations"

Christopher Landau, U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, expressed "deep regret" regarding the incident in which Korean nationals and others were detained by immigration authorities in the state of Georgia. On September 14, he stated, "We will use this as an opportunity to further strengthen the U.S.-Korea relationship."
