Kimchi, renowned for its taste and named after the hotel, has now been introduced at major retail stores. At the food hall of Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch, "Lotte Hotel Kimchi," carefully prepared using 100% locally grown produce, is being showcased.

Fresh napa cabbages, sourced each season from the best regions such as Yeongwol in Gangwon Province and Haenam in South Jeolla Province, are used as the main ingredient. The kimchi features high-quality red pepper powder harvested from Lotte Hotel's own pepper fields in Yeongyang, premium salted fish sauce and shrimp, and meticulously prepared hwangseogeojot, all combining to create a deep and rich flavor.
