Three Courses: Sewing Class, Woodworking Class, and Laser Cutter Class
The Wanju County Startup Incubation Center is recruiting participants for the practice-oriented "2025 Equipment Utilization Technology Training (Season 2)," which utilizes the center's equipment.
According to the county on September 12, this training program allows participants to directly operate specialized equipment necessary for product development, helping them build their capabilities. The program actively supports local residents in realizing their startup ideas.
The training is operated in cooperation with local companies such as Sonkkeut Sarang (CEO Lee Sunjin), Noyu International (CEO Kang Byungsam), and Suyafarm (CEO Son Gilsu). It consists of three courses: Sewing Class, Woodworking Class, and Laser Cutter Class. Each course is held once a week for a total of five sessions.
Starting this season, as part of the Wanju-Jeonju Mutual Cooperation Project, the recruitment area has been expanded beyond Wanju County to include residents of Jeonju City. If the number of applicants does not meet the quota one week before the application deadline, the recruitment will be expanded to all residents of North Jeolla Province.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until 3:00 p.m. on October 2, and the training will begin with the Sewing Class on October 13, followed by five sessions for each course.
For more details, please visit the Wanju County Startup Incubation Center website or contact the center by phone. Applications can be submitted in person or via email.
Song Mikyung, Director of Economic Policy, said, "This training will be a great help to those who face difficulties in product development due to the lack of expensive equipment," adding, "We hope this will be an opportunity for people to realize their creative ideas."
