Additional Recruitment Follows 29 Hires in the First Half
“Creating Jobs and Securing Momentum for New Projects”
Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) will conduct a public recruitment for seven new employees in the second half of 2025.
Following the recruitment of 29 people in the first half of the year, the corporation will continue hiring in the second half to create local jobs and secure additional personnel for new projects.
This recruitment reflects both professionalism and social values. To strengthen legal capabilities, the corporation will hire a lawyer and operate a “Skilled Talent Track” to expand employment opportunities for high school graduates. In addition, positions such as Arpina operations staff and public service roles including cleaning and security will be offered, providing a variety of employment opportunities.
The positions to be filled are: ▲1 lawyer ▲1 Arpina operations staff ▲2 administrative staff (Skilled Talent Track) ▲3 public service staff (cleaning and security). The recruitment process will follow a blind screening method, excluding factors such as place of origin and educational background, to ensure fairness and transparency.
Applications will be accepted from September 19 to 25. The selection process will include a document screening, written test, personality assessment, and interview, with the final successful candidates to be announced in December. Recruitment notices can be found on the Busan Urban Corporation and Busan City integrated recruitment websites.
President Shin Changho stated, “This recruitment is not simply about increasing staff, but about laying the foundation for growth together with the local community. Busan Urban Corporation will continue to move forward as a sustainable urban public enterprise through fair recruitment and talent discovery.”
