A total of 12 organizations participated in this meeting, including Gimhae City, Gimhae Research Institute, Gimhae Biomedical Industry Promotion Agency, Gimhae Office of Education, Gyeongnam Employers Federation, and Gimhae Youth Center. These organizations are the leading institutions responsible for youth employment, education, and welfare in the Gimhae region.

The integrated employment network has been established to support all types of youth facing difficulties in finding employment, including those who are taking a break, have given up on job searching, are socially isolated, are preparing for independence, are out-of-school youth, and youth from multicultural families. The goal is to help them achieve stable independence and recovery, thereby facilitating their entry into the labor market.

The establishment of this network was prepared as a key initiative of the Yangsan Branch's "Regional Employment Strategy Task Force." The task force has been in operation since August last year, holding 25 meetings to promote various youth projects such as the Youth Future Job Connection Project and the Youth Spring Relay Campaign, as well as supporting small business owners and workplaces experiencing employment crises.

Kwon Guhyung, head of the branch, stated, "Through this network, we will integrate and connect employment and welfare services that have been operated separately, so that vulnerable youth are not socially or economically isolated and can achieve stable employment and independence. We will continue to strengthen collaboration among institutions to help young people find hope in their local communities."
