The fair, held on September 4 at the university gymnasium and the 12th floor Cube Hall of the Techno Cube, aimed to help current students, graduates, and local youth explore career paths and strengthen their employability. A total of about 1,200 students participated. Along with employment support programs such as alumni mentoring, alumni special lectures, and guidance on youth employment policies, various interactive side events were offered, including resume photo shoots, extended reality (XR) and virtual reality (VR) experiences, employment tarot readings, and caricature drawing, which enhanced participant satisfaction.

During the special lecture, an alumnus currently working in the Device Solutions division at Samsung Electronics shared insights on global industry trends and practical job-seeking strategies, based on 16 years of experience in the semiconductor field.

Additionally, more than 30 alumni active in various industries participated as mentors, passing on their job-hunting know-how to their juniors. Students were able to receive concrete advice on the recruitment process and ways to develop job-related skills through firsthand accounts from professionals.

Ho-Yeon Jung, Head of the Career Development Office, stated, "This event was a valuable opportunity for students to not only receive recruitment information but also to explore career paths and gain confidence through networking with alumni. We will continue to actively support students in designing their own careers, together with alumni who are serving as ST Career Mentors."
