This meeting was organized to listen to issues closely related to residents' daily lives, including the early conversion process to sale for the 10-year public rental apartments, and to seek practical solutions together.
The city held the meeting on the weekend to accommodate residents who have difficulty participating on weekdays due to work, and Mayor Joo Gwangdeok, City Councilor Won Jooyoung, the head of the Dasan Administrative Welfare Center, and other relevant officials visited the site in person to communicate directly with the residents.
During the meeting, the progress of major issues within the apartment complex was shared, and there were in-depth discussions on residents' difficulties and matters requiring the city's cooperation.
The city plans to promptly address issues that can be resolved immediately among those raised at the meeting, and to gradually pursue tasks that require further review in consultation with relevant departments. The city also promised to minimize inconvenience for citizens through on-site, empathetic governance.
One resident who attended the meeting said, "I am truly grateful that the mayor and officials visited in person on the weekend, listened to residents' concerns, and worked together to find solutions."
Mayor Joo Gwangdeok stated, "We will continue to work closely with residents to resolve issues and enhance resident satisfaction through citizen-centered administration."
