Up to 80% of Training Costs Covered
Financial Support Also Provided for Hired Youth
Siheung City in Gyeonggi Province, in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, is recruiting companies to participate in the "Youth Engineer Training Program" to address the shortage of young talent at Siheung Smart Hub.
This program is based on the "Early Employment Contract Department" system and connects outstanding local companies, young people, and universities to support youth inflow, long-term employment, and local settlement.
Participating companies will receive up to 3.2 million won in educational support over two years, covering up to 80% of training expenses. Young employees hired by these companies will also receive up to 3.6 million won per year for up to four years, provided they maintain employment and reside in the region.
